Woven Labels & Badges
We can manufacture a wide range of woven and printed labels and badges.
Woven badges are thinner and softer than embroidered badges and woven labels are frequently used for designer brand labels or for size and model name/number for clothing manufacturers.
When you get over 500 labels in a batch they become very economical. They can be delivered on a roll or they can be pre-cut with heat-sealed edges and folded ends making attachment easier.
To make the labels into badges they are stiffened with a backing and then an overlocked edge put on them. This is a commonly used technique for low cost souvenir badges.
Printed labels can give the sharpest of fine images.
Woven labels can use many colours at very little extra cost, can be cut to shape, and are harder wearing.
Delivery on the first run of a design is five weeks but repeats can usually be less than 3 weeks. On quantities over 10,000 there are savings on longer delivery times.
Minimum quantity for custom made designs is 250 labels, although products such as woven and printed nametapes are available in much smaller quantities.
