Badge Parts: 25, 43mm
Button badges are assembled from three parts; a metal shell, a plastic or metal pin-back, and a clear plastic cover. These three parts make up a set. Your artwork, printed on normal copy paper or similar paper, goes between the shell and the cover.
Prices for the 25mm and 43mm parts are under the yellow prices/notes button above and to the right. There is another section for the larger sizes (see Badge Parts: 57,75,85,100 in the lists to the left).
For the 25mm badges we recommend the plastic pinback as it takes much less time for assembly than the metal collet back and D-pin. It takes about half the time as placing the D-pin in the collet is an extra step that can be very fiddly . The black plastic backs are also more environmentally friendly as they are made from recycled plastic.
For 43mm badge machines that have a key hole (nearly all we sell) the metal backs will not work well - plastic backs are the only option.
Packs of parts are generally 250 pieces or sets of pieces to a bag but some of the less common styles of parts come in smaller bags.
The 43mm badges are now available as Fridge Magnet and Keyrings as well as the regular Pinback badges.
25mm badges are available in fridge magnets and pin badges only. The magnets have two special back parts - a different back and magnets with double sided tape to glue to the badge.
