Badge Paper Cutter-Screw
Screw press - this allows you to cut up to 25 sheets of paper.
4 different size dies are available, plus any other size which can be made up (up to 116mm). Dies can be purchased seperately and can be used effectively with just a hammer and piece of wood and nylon cutting board if so desired. It is slower than a punch cutter if cutting only up to five sheets at a time, but much faster when cutting more than ten sheets at a time.
The press is $320 plus dies separately at $66 per size . Prices inc.GST
Hints for faster making:
Laminating the two sheets back to back with nothing between allows you to cut the edge of the pages then separate the two pages with laminate on the top side only - replacing the need to put a clear plastic over the paper when making a badge. It does not save money as the laminating will cost about the same as the clear plastic but it saves time when making.
