Badge Machines c- Manual
Manual die machines: 57mm, 43mm and 25mm are in stock at present.
These reasonably priced and versatile machines have a 15 seconds die change over time and can be used to make three different badge sizes. They come with a two year comprehensive warranty which covers repair, replacement and transport costs on all but one part -the black die. This is not covered by warranty however they're only $20.

You will need a paper circle cutter and there are three types available. The cheapest is the rotary wheel cutter at $55.
These manual machines are cheaper but considerably slower than our slide or rotary machines - about 80 per hour of buttons, until you get well practised when it could reach 100 per hour. They are made with lighter alloys except for the steel dies and all come with a rotating circle cutter. Faster punch cutters are available for only $180 each.
The 57mm size can make keyrings, mirror badges, mirror keyrings, magnetic badges, slip on pocket badges as well as normal button badges. The 43mm can make magnets and keyrings. 25mm magnets are also available.

A base board is not necessary with these machines. You can purchase another size die later for only $155, which includes a wheel cutter.
