Slide Machines:
*Come with an iron tight 2 year warranty where we will replace the machine if it is not working and we pay freight both ways.
*These are the fastest production design - about 150 per hour of buttons is quite easy to achieve. The best previously available in Australia took a very nimble person to achieve this rate.
*They have a simpler action and fewer steps while being more robust.
*Chrome plated steel dies for a lifetime of performance.
*You need a paper circle cutter. See the 3 different ones listed and see hints for faster making under paper cutter- screw . The more expensive cutters (punch and screw) are well worthwhile if you regularly make more than 50 badges in a batch or if you want high accuracy of aim.
*The 25mm only makes pinback badges and magnets. The 57mm machine can make keyrings, mirror backed badges, mirror keyrings, magnetic badges, slip on pocket badges as well as normal button badges. The 43mm machine can make keyrings and magnets as well as badges.
Available sizes:
102mm They only make metal backed badges. The 102mm machine is $705 including cutter, cutting board, base board and GST. We have stock of up to 5,000 parts.
75mm Only pinback badges are available at present. The 75mm machine is $470 including cutter, cutting board, base board and GST. We have stock of up to 5,000 parts.
57mm This machine can use the badge components of the machines that have been available in Australia in the past 10 years or so. The 57mm with a base board is $379 including rotary cutter, cutting board and GST. We normally have considerable stocks of up to 30,000 badge parts in different types like magnet, keyring, mirror, mirror keyring and bottle opener
55mmEffectively discontinued in favour of the 57mm model
43mmThe 43mm with a base board is $369 including a rotary cutter with cutting board. We normally carry up to 20,000 badge parts of various types.
25mmThey are $369 with a fitted base board and rotary wheel cutter, cut board and GST. We normally keep stock of up to 20,000 badge parts.
